700 W 44th Development Information
Updated 10-20-23: Below is the information that was provided by The Lawson Companies in 2021 regarding their plans for the 6.5 acres of forested land at 700 W 44th Street. Requests were made for Lawson to meet and present information to the FHNA; they provided the following documents instead. Residents of Forest Hill are invited to attend a meeting with City Council VP Kristen Nye on October 25, 2023 at 5:30 PM (Forest Hill Presbyterian Church) to discuss recent developments and potential funding for this project.
