Help Keep the Westover Hills ES Courtyard Growing This Summer!

Earlier this year the Forest Hill Neighborhood Association approved a $1250 grant to support the Westover Hills Elementary School courtyard "Glow-Up" project. Over the summer months, volunteers are needed to help water and weed the courtyard. Volunteer dates run through Thursday, August 13. Volunteers can sign up for a Monday or Thursday anytime between 8:30 AM–3:30 PM (the school is closed on Fridays and weekends). No gardening experience is needed, and all tools and supplies will be provided.

Even a quick visit makes a big difference in helping the plants and garden spaces thrive through the summer heat!

To sign up for a 30-minute summer slot, click here. If you have questions, email Paula Ogston-Nobile here

And keep an eye out for additional summer courtyard clean-up opportunities -- plus fall planting and sprucing-up days as we continue bringing the space to life!
