Here is the Memorandum of Understanding that was signed between the city of Richmond and GrowRVA (the company that runs the South of the James Market). The agreement is an outline of responsibilities that the Market has as well as the City for the use of the space in Forest Hill Park to be used as a market on Saturday mornings. This is a living document and can be amended if at a point in the future it is determined that changes are needed.
