RPD 3rd Precinct Town Hall Meeting

The Thrid Precinct is hosting a Town Hall meeting with the residents of the 3rd distrct to talk about neighborhood issues, suggestions, and concerns about Policing in the City. RPD Chief Durham, Lt.
