Councilperson Larson will be hosting her second annual 4th District Ice Cream Social at Forest Hill Park (near the Old Stone House) on Sunday August 26th from 4-5 PM, featuring Gelati Celesti! This is a fun and casual family event, no agenda, just a chance to spend time with neighbors and eat ice cream.  Our friends from the Richmond Fire Department, Richmond Ambulance Authority and Richmond Parks & Rec will be on hand to add to the fun.
