Two Presentations

Marianne Pitts, Senior Deputy Director of Planning & Policy for Richmond’s Department of Planning and Development Review, will give a presentation on Richmond 300: Code Refresh. At our April FHNA meeting Ms. Pitts overviewed the city’s plans to refresh the zoning code. She is returning to provide an update on progress as well as to answer any questions.

Jennie Joyce, Preservationist & Community Outreach Manager for Historic Richmond, will be presenting information about the Cultural Heritage Stewardship Plan. As you may know, on May 20 the city’s Planning Commission declined to hold a public hearing and delegated review to a subcommittee of three members. Ms. Joyce will overview the Cultural Heritage Stewardship Plan and answer questions.
